Chazy, NY just south of the Canadian border. Here at Adirondack Backwoods Jerky we use only the highest USDA inspected "top
rounds" in all our beef products. Each piece is hand-cut "with the grain" according to our strict standards, to ensure it remains soft and moist. Our jerky is carefully packaged by hand to insure it is the highest quality, leanest and most flavorful you will find!
